A "BOB" Family Reunion We recently received a letter from a member of the "BOB" family, a hippie commune located in Baring, Washington in Stevens pass in the mid to late 1970's. "When 'other' families were naming themselves names like; Rainbow family, Sunshine Family & so on. We thought it humorous to call ourselves the "BOB" family. Begins with a "B", ends with a "B", easy to remember, easy to say. It was a saying we used to describe ourselves." This quote was from Slim Bob, the long-lost member of this unusual "family".
